How Scoring Works
Each question is scored on a 3-point scale:| Response | Score | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Doesn’t Exist | 0 | This capability does not exist in your organization |
| Partially There | 1 | Some elements exist but are inconsistent or incomplete |
| Fully Deployed | 2 | This capability is well-established and consistently executed |
Maturity Tiers
Your overall score maps to one of four maturity tiers:| Tier | Score Range | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Foundation | 0–39% | Core GTM processes are missing or ad hoc. Significant structural gaps exist across most pillars. Immediate foundational work is needed. |
| Emerging | 40–64% | Basic GTM structure exists but execution is inconsistent. Key processes are partially defined. Focus areas are becoming clear. |
| Mature | 65–85% | GTM operations are established and repeatable. Most processes are documented and governed. Optimization and intelligence layering are the next step. |
| Advanced | 86–100% | GTM operations are data-driven and continuously improving. Processes are automated, signals are routed, and the organization operates as a revenue machine. |
