# Trend Warnings and Workflow Signals

Workflow signals monitor process compliance, SLA adherence, and deal trajectory.

## Signal Types

| Signal Type        | Family   | Description                                              |
| ------------------ | -------- | -------------------------------------------------------- |
| SLA Breach Warning | WORKFLOW | Play or task approaching SLA breach                      |
| Deal Off Track     | WORKFLOW | Deal failing health criteria (contacts, activity, score) |
| Deal On Track      | WORKFLOW | Positive signal: deal meeting all health criteria        |

## Deal Track Assessment

A deal is evaluated as on-track or off-track using multiple dimensions including contact coverage, activity recency, and composite score. Deals meeting all criteria receive a positive "on track" signal; deals failing criteria generate a warning.

## Score Trends

PILLAR tracks score momentum over both short-term and medium-term windows. Rising scores indicate improving health, while declining scores generate risk signals that help teams act before small dips become major problems.

## Signal Expiration

Signals auto-expire when their expiration timestamp passes and the signal is not already in a terminal state (Resolved, Expired, or Suppressed).

All workflow thresholds are configurable per organization.
