# Starbridge Contact Intelligence

Starbridge tracks job changes (departures, new hires, promotions) at buyer organizations. These events generate signals when key stakeholders are affected.

## Job Change Tracking

Starbridge monitors and reports:

| Change Type | Description                            |
| ----------- | -------------------------------------- |
| Departure   | Key contact leaving the organization   |
| New Hire    | New hire in a relevant role            |
| Promotion   | Contact promoted to new position       |
| Retirement  | Contact retiring from the organization |

Each job change includes the effective date, announcement date, current and previous titles, AI-generated summary, and source URLs for verification.

## Contact Enrichment

Contacts synced from your CRM are linked to Starbridge records, enabling automatic detection of job changes for people already in your stakeholder map.

## Signal Generation

Job changes trigger stakeholder departure signals:

* **Higher severity** when the departed person is a champion
* **Standard severity** for all other departures
* Recommended action: Identify replacement contact, schedule introductory meeting

## Scoring Impact

Contact intelligence feeds into Relationship scoring (champion and exec sponsor departure risk, stakeholder stability) and Renewal Risk (stakeholder turnover).
